Fall Valley conducts an annual membership meeting where our members collaborate on the direction we want to go as an HOA. The Board also conducts annual meetings, as well as additional meetings, as needed. Everyone is welcome to our meetings.

HOA Education 2024

CCIOA (Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act), at  C.R.S. 38-33.3-209.7, requires associations to provide free education at least yearly to owners ". . . the general operations of the association and the rights and responsibilities of owners, the association and its executive board under Colorado law."
